DESERT CIRCUIT (7 NIGHTS & 8 DAYS)
Jaipur-Bikaner-Jaisalmer-Jodhpur-Ajmer/Pushkar-Jaipur
Day 1: Arrival
at Jaipur
Arrival at Jaipur - assistance on arrival at airport /
railway station and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amber fort. Make your ascent to the
palace fortress on the gaily-caparisoned elephant back
(optional). Tour the chamber and hallways of the palace,
which are famous for the excellence of their design and
decoration.
Afternoon tour of Jaipur known as “the Pink City of
Rajasthan” visit the unique Janter Manter observatory, which
was built in 1700s yet even today still looks futuristic or
almost surrealistic: the city palace and its museum, the
Hawa Mahal or the palace of winds. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: - JAIPUR - BIKANER
After breakfast drive to Bikaner to arrive there by
afternoon. Day at leisure.
Day 4: - BIKANER / JAISALMER
Morning visit to Junagarh Fort and Museum. After lunch leave
for Jaisalmer to arrive there by evening. Overnight at
Hotel.
Day 5: - JAISALMER
In morning sightseeing of fort, Jain Temples, Havelis and
Gadhisar tank. In afternoon visit the Lodurva Jain temples
and drive to Sam sand dunes to have camel ride at sunset
point. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: - JAISALMER - JODHPUR
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur en-route visiting the
temples of Osian. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 7: - JODHPUR - PUSHKAR
Morning visit to Mehrangarh fort, Jaswant Thada and Umaid
Bhawan Palace. After lunch drive to Pushkar. Evening visit
Sarovar lake, Brahma temple and Ghats. Perform the ceremony
of Deep Dan at the Sarovar lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: - PUSHKAR- JAIPUR
Drive to Jaipur, en-route visiting Khwaja Dargah at Ajmer.
Arrive by lunch time and depart for onward destination.
